:iconsentretplz: Ok!  So let's try this out.  I've opened a folder to send your CC's in, and at the end of the month, we'll Feature them in Featured.  Next month, we'll pick a pokemon from one of your requests.  I'd like to hit a different gen and different type each month.  Please request your fav pokes to do next month here!  It'd be nice to get everyone's fave pokes, and some of the lesser seen ones.

This may be because you have submitted to the wrong folder, the picture is not Pokemon related, or because the picture is not a Pokemon painting. If you are confused by what I mean, then check the gallery to see what I mean.
:bulletgreen: If you are having trouble making Pokemon paintings in drawing tools other than sai, here is the free trial download link:[link] Or here are some tutorials if you are struggling to grasp the style;
Not able to tell differences between digital drawings and digital paintings?
Drawings are generally cleaner than paintings. When you paint, traditionally and digitally, you always mix colors, but not in drawings! ;)

I believe so, I'm not the resident expert but I wanted to give you an answer. I believe the official rules show : "Drawings are generally cleaner than paintings. When you paint, traditionally and digitally, you always mix colors, but not in drawings!"
